Recommendations from the CSG Overseas Voting Initiative Technology Working Group

The Overseas Voting Initiative Technology Working Group was established to study ways that technology can be used to enhance the voting process for military and overseas citizens. This report details the recommendations of the Technology Working Group related to the use of Common Access Cards for digital signature verification, the use of technology to facilitate the duplication of unreadable or damaged ballots and the adoption of the Election Administration and Voting Survey Section B Data Standard.
