Overseas Voting Initiative End of Project Report

This report details the work of the Overseas Voting Initiative from 2014 – 2017. It includes recommendations from three OVI working groups related to policy, technology and Section B of the Election Assistance Commission’s Election Administration and Voting Survey (EAVS). The report also provides an overview of the 2016 Military Ballot Tracking Pilot.
