Process Modeling Pilot

In 2020, OVI partnered with the Pennsylvania Department of State to examine and build consensus around the processes and data that impact Pennsylvania’s UOCAVA voters. This report details Pennsylvania’s current data collection practices and identifies several means for improving collection for the Election Administration and Voting Survey (EAVS) Section B Data Standard. The report also visualizes these practices using business process models.
